1. Inquiry, Booking, Contract Conclusion

The submission of any inquiries via email and/or telephone does not constitute a legally binding contract with the Jet Manager Begleitung Accompanying Agency Munich. Submissions of this kind shall only be deemed as first contact.

2. Fees and Travel Expenses

3. Extension or Cancellation during an Ongoing Booking

If you should wish to extend the meeting during an ongoing booking, the Jet Manager Begleitung Accompanying Agency Munich would like to ask you to clear this up with your male escort or female escort lady and hostess in advance. 4. Payment Methods and Payment Options

5. Cancellation of the Booking by the Customer

In case you need to cancel your agreed rendezvous 24 hours before availment of our services, there are no cancellation costs for you. In such a case already paid pre-payments are transferred back to you.

In case you need to cancel your booking within less than 24 hours before the agreed date we retain your pre-payment as a credit for a later booking. Costs resulting from already booked plane or train tickets cannot be refunded because a cancellation is often not possible anymore. However, in such a case the Jet Manager Begleitung Accompanying Agency Munich will try to hand back the tickets and attempts to find an acceptable solution for you.

6. Cancellation of the Booking by the Jet Manager Begleitung Accompanying Agency Munich

The Jet Manager Begleitung Accompanying Agency Munich is always committed to realize all wishes and desires of its customers to their complete satisfaction. 7. Right of Withdrawal

The cancellation must be submitted in writing (letter, fax, email). The period starts when the contract is concluded. Please consider your right of withdrawal. The right to withdraw expires untimely as soon as the Jet Manager Begleitung Accompanying Agency Munich and/or the male escort or female escort lady or hostess have started to render their services and this has happened with the formal consent of the customer prior to the end of the withdrawal period and/or the customer himself has initiated the start of the fulfillment of the service.

8. Data Privacy

If a regulation of these general terms and conditions should become ineffective or impracticable, it does not affect the effectiveness of any other regulations of these general terms and conditions unless one contracting party would be discriminated in an unacceptable way due to the abolition of individual clauses, i.e. the respective party cannot be expected to adhere to the contract. The ineffective or impracticable clause is then substituted for an effective and practicable clause, which comes closest to the objectives of both parties. This shall also apply if any provisions should be found to be incomplete.
